Q: Where is the exact location of your US warehouse? Can I visit it or pick up parcel there by myself? And If I apply for a return, can I ship the parcel to your US warehouse directly?
A: Our US warehouses is a third-party warehouses instead of our own warehouses. So very sorry, it is not convenient for visit , self-pick up or directly return.
Q: Why the status of my order hasn't been updated timely?
A: Cause the stock of our US warehouse is limited. Maybe the items you bought were out of stock temporarily.

Q: If my order contains some out-of-stock items, what are you going to do?
A: In order to let you receive main order without delay, we will ship your order out in advance.
For out-of-stock items, we usually do as follows:
1) Normally we will send them from China via airmail upon they are available in next few days, you do not need to pay shipping fee.
2) We may ship them with your next order together, for example, if your next order choose Ship from USA, we will ship backorder with your new order together from USA. You can feel free to remind us if you need.
3) If you need an entire order shipped out together, you can feel free to let us know. We will do as you request.
Q: If my order chooses Ship from USA(via USPS) service, how do you charge shipping cost？
A: Our shipping cost is composed of two parts : the cost of shipping items to USA warehouses and the cost of local USPS shipping fee. But please feel assured, we have cooperated with logistics company for a long time, and we enjoy the best discount. Therefore, our comprehensive shipping fee is very favorable. At the moment, for heavy parcels, Fedex or DHL shipping fee may be cheaper. You can feel free to choose the cheaper ones.
